Description: "Treasure the Tradition" is the theme of USD's Dakota Days Parade 2009, held on Main Street in Vermillion, SD Oct. 10. A chilly 29-degree temperature at the parade's 10 a.m. start time didn't reduce the enthusiasm of the parade participants or the hundreds of people that lined Vermillion's street to view the parade entries.
